Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Utilities - Richardson, TX
Halff has a position open for a Water & Wastewater Professional Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to join our Water and Wastewater Utilities team as Project Manager. The ideal candidate would bring at least 5 years of experience in Water & Wastewater distribution/collection systems, pump/lift stations, and/or treatment plant projects.

What you will do:
- Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
- Conduct studies, prepare reports, and read/develop construction plans and specifications.
- Manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
- Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues.
- Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
- Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree (preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience to support Water/Wastewater distribution/collection systems, pump/lift stations, and/or treatment plant projects.
- Professional Engineer License (PE) in the State of Texas, or able and willing to obtain within 6 months of start date.
- Pump station, water storage, and/or pipeline design experience required.
- Water/Wastewater treatment experience desirable.
- Must be proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications.
- Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues.
