Job Overview
The Strategic Accounts Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Sales, Retail & Alternate Channel. The Strategic Account Manager will be primarily responsible for increasing the sales of RACO, TayMac, Bell, and Wiegmann products through big box home improvement, hardware channel, and two-step distribution. Responsibilities include engaging with retail merchandising teams to define and implement sales growth plans. Elements of these plans will include managing day-to-day sales activities, participation in Product Line Reviews, participation in channel targeted product development efforts, customer product promotions, and will assist in the development and execution of eCommerce marketing strategies. Responsible for oversight and management of all customer compliance metrics, product forecasting, inventory planning, and internal reporting. This position is remote home office preferred location in the Eastern and/or Central Time Zone A Day In The Life
