In the MCW/Children's Wisconsin partnership, there's no greater priority than the care of our kids. This free-standing 306-bed children's hospital ranks as one of the top children's hospitals in the United States. The Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Sciences is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support the Pediatric ENT Program located in in Appleton, WI at Appleton Clinic - Children's Wisconsin. The subspecialty of the Pediatric ENT Program (Otolaryngology Program) provides specialized medical and surgical care to infants, children, and teens who have problems with their ears, noses, or throats. The Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Wisconsin is the largest group of fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologists in the State of Wisconsin - an incredible opportunity to learn from and work with the best! This APP will have an independent ambulatory practice working in conjunction with the department's Pediatric Otolaryngology Division specialist to staff his/her own clinics seeing new and established patients. The APP will work in support of the specialists with complicated patients and ensure appropriate continuity of care for all program patients. The APP will develop and implement clinical pathways/protocols, participate in quality projects, and implement Pediatric Otolaryngology Division initiatives. The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced APP or Clinician looking to be part of a thriving and very collaborative academic practice at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). Areas of responsibility will include, but not be limited to providing direct patient care to Pediatric Patients in an Outpatient/Clinic setting. In this role you will, have an independent ambulatory practice working in conjunction with the Department's Pediatric Otolaryngology Division specialist to staff his/her own clinics seeing new and established patients. The APP will work in support of the specialists with complicated patients and ensure appropriate continuity of care for all program patients.

Preferred Experience: 5 years of APP experience required.
