Job Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at T-Mobile for Business, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities through cold outbound prospecting. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to build a robust pipeline for our sales team. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct cold outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new business leads. - Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. - Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target accounts in the small to mid-sized business space. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. - Stay informed about T-Mobile for Business products, services, and industry trends. Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
