We are hiring a Senior Manager of Labor Relations to join our Americas Outage and Maintenance Services team. This individual will be responsible for management and employee relations, labor relations, personnel administration, administration of employee programs, safety programs, and risk management programs. These functions include responsibility for developing, interpreting, and recommending program goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and courses of action. The incumbent is responsible for managing the labor relations activities according to established guidelines and sound administrative practices and in accordance with the organization's mission, values, and goals. This position will be based out of our Piedmont, SC location but can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities:
