Account Manager - Kapco Grafton, WI

Kapco is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. The Account Manager is responsible for creating and fostering strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate should exemplify our core values, have a "can-do" attitude, is responsible and a team player.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Provide customer service to assigned customers/accounts.
  • Responds to all customer communication and acts accordingly.
  • Manage and service in-house accounts and develop long-term business relationships with existing customers.
  • Maintains and increases customer satisfaction by prompt responses.
  • Identify new opportunities to up sell and cross-sell product offerings with existing customers in order to maximize the revenue opportunity for each customer.
  • Grow business with existing accounts to secure maximum retention, renewal sales and increase sales revenues.
  • Proactively advises customers of any changes to original commitments and follows up until completion.
  • Participate on improvement teams as necessary.

Skills & Experience Requirements



  • College degree preferred, plus working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point, etc.
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience in a metal stamping or fabrication environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and remain organized.
