Role Description:

In the role of Manager, End User Computing you will be part of our innovative IT leadership team. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across IT security, networking, and compliance to ensure seamless, secure delivery of workplace technology. Your contributions in optimizing technology processes and enhancing employee experience will be felt throughout Safety National as you lead our End User Computing (EUC) team to new heights.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Manager, End User Computing will include leading a talented team of engineers to implement, manage, and continuously improve the technologies that keep our workforce connected. You'll be responsible for overseeing software asset management, ensuring patching compliance, developing technology roadmaps, and advocating for automation to streamline workflows. You may also be assigned various projects like implementing new security measures, upgrading software systems, or troubleshooting high-priority outages.

  • Has a deep understanding of workplace technologies, with a strong grasp of security and lifecycle management.

Some of the essential skills required of you in this role are strong project management, technical expertise in EUC tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Azure), and a passion for empowering employees through technology. Prior experience with Active Directory, OKTA, virtualization, and SaaS tools is required.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of IT leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in End User Computing technologies.
  • Strong experience leading enterprise IT projects and managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience with configuration management, security best practices, and software asset management.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of agile methodology.
  • Experience with cloud technologies like Azure and SaaS tools.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
