We are currently seeking a General Affairs Associate to join our dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the General Affairs Team!

This position pays $60,000.00 annually.

As the Bilingual General Affairs Administrator, you will be responsible for services in the offices and factory area, as well as supporting Korean Expatriates who are dispatched from HQ. You will also serve as the host of the special event for VIP visits and tours, and the Award Program, administers International Travel, assists the General Affairs in implementing daily assignments and annual events.

Responsibility



  • Organize office layout and order stationary and equipment.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Manage office GA budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide general support to foreign and domestic visitors.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding office management issues (supply, travel, etc.)
  • Coordinate with facility management vendors such as house cleaning, catering.
  • Plan in-house and offsite activities such as luncheons, holiday parties, etc.
  • Monitoring and auditing systems for abnormal activity, and executing corrective actions.
  • Lead activities in identifying, developing, implementing, and processes to reduce risks.
  • Respond to incidents, and limit exposure and liability in all areas.


Serve as the point of contact for office duties that include but are not limited to:
Maintenance
-Mailing
-Supplies
-Equipment
-Bills
-Errands
-Shopping

Requirements:




  • Oral / Written Communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Bilingual English/Korean Required
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Some occasional international travel required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and office management software
