Job Description

FOX Technology is seeking a dynamic individual to join our world-class HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a customer-centric professional who is dedicated to providing on-site HR support within a 24/7/365 operation. Collaborating closely with HR leaders, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across all levels, offering guidance, constructive feedback, and strategic solutions. Key responsibilities also include delivering effective HR services such as interpreting and implementing HR policies, managing performance, fostering organizational and managerial development, handling employee relations, and providing employee coaching.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with HR leads and execute on tasks that align with HR strategic goals, administering a wide range of HR responsibilities.

  • Provide guidance and answer inquiries related to policies, procedures, legal compliance, etc.

  • Assist with employee relations including handling initial intake for concerns/complaints

  • Champion and drive a culture of high performance, innovation and accountability while maintaining operational excellence

  • Collaborate with our internal Talent Acquisition teams throughout the recruiting process including working with hiring managers to update job descriptions, coordinating with Compensation teams, advising on hiring process and ensuring timely coordination of interviews, etc.

  • Lead and facilitate new employee orientation including coordinating Intern onboarding

  • Assist with the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews to identify trends and continuously improve practices

  • Manage annual performance review cycle, including reviewing all performance reviews and coaching management on effective ways to evaluate and communicate feedback to employees

  • Help identify learning and development needs and coordinate trainings for client groups

  • Utilize HRIS (Workday) to manage data and run reports, analyze data and share findings

  • Handle special projects as needed

  • Actively participate in Employee Resource Groups and employee-engagement events

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience in a client-facing HR generalist or HR business partner role

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills with client groups and internal HR teams

  • Customer-focused with high level of professionalism and discretion

  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and current laws and regulations

  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Lucid

  • Ability to self-start, prioritize competing needs and deliver results with a sense of urgency

  • General office environment

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

SCHEDULE/SHIFT

  • Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm MT

  • Requires weekend or evening work periodically
