Who you are:

As an Enrollment Coordinator for Johns Hopkins Health Plans, you are the point of contact for all eligible beneficiaries with enrollment inquiries and issues. Your analytical brain is always on the lookout for enrollment discrepancies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you have great attention to detail; you take pride in the integrity of your work. You are a problem solver and an excellent communicator who truly enjoys creating an excellent member experience.

What you'll do:




  • Resolve enrollment discrepancies and perform complex and escalated enrollment tasks.
  • Ensure all eligible beneficiaries are properly enrolled in the plan, preventing future issues with members using services covered by their plan.
  • Perform all functions related to membership, including but not limited to: updates to the data, verification of eligibility, the issuance of ID cards, membership and group reconciliations.
  • Researching, processing, and finding solutions for routine and complex enrollment issues
  • Searching records, analyzing data to determine the next steps for discrepancy resolution and making updates as necessary



What you'll bring:




  • 1+ years' experience in an analytical role
  • 1+ years' experience in a customer service role
  • High School diploma or GED

Salary Range: Minimum 16.86 per hour - Maximum 27.84 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
