We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with our Corporate Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing and managing the quality control processes within the organization to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities:



  • No supervisory responsibilities.


Travel:



  • 25 - 50% Travel Required (Continental US)
  • Travel expenses (airfare, lodging, meals, etc.) will be covered by RJY Group.


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Develop, Manage, and periodically review contract QASP and company QA/QC Management Plans.
  • Develop, Manage, and periodically review company Risk/Mitigation Management Plans (Quarterly at Min).
  • Ensure Subcontractors are aligned with project Scope & Deliverables. (At 90% rate)
  • Ensure Document Control activities adhere to the approved Quality Management Plans.
  • Knowledgeable about contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, and provide technical assistance and recommendations for action.
  • Conduct review Meetings with/ Vendors, Subcontractors, RJY Group Personnel, and Management.
  • Prepare and distribute Meeting Minutes.
  • Conduct necessary site inspections, prepare inspection reports and concise notes, and distribute associated reports promptly.
  • Ensure completion of the scope of work to the satisfaction of the client and site owner while simultaneously ensuring that RJY Group's HS&E, quality, financial, business, ethics, and policy expectations are met. Or deficiency is noted.
  • Build relationships and create teamwork within the company and the project team.
  • Grows/fosters/enhances professional and positive relationships with clients, site owners, and other RJY Group personnel.
  • While onsite, gather prospective information, such as Subcontractor Information (Name and details) and the current incumbent's performance period, for use in expanding RJY Group facility presence.
  • Business Development - Finding opportunities. Metric- Submit 5 per month (Quarterly Securing Min 1, $200,000.00 Per Project & $500,000.00 Per Service Contract - 5-year PP)
  • Maintain QC of the deliverable's submittal and approval process
  • Provide input and recommendations on the RJY Group Health and Safety Program.
  • Possess technical competence, skill, and knowledge of the respective technical aspects of the contract by coordinating closely with the respective subject matter experts.
  • Completes project management tasks assigned to contracts and projects.
  • Scheduling of services related to contract/project deliverables.
  • Exercising cost control for Contracts/Projects
  • Project/Contract Inventory accountability.
  • Management vendor approval process/Vetting of Project/Contract Subcontractors


Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
  • Ability to fabricate and analyze data effectively
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.


Education and Experience:



  • Engineering degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in quality control management


Physical Requirements:



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
