Job Overview: This role is responsible for liaising with Team Lead and Project Coordinator with a focus on Accounting/Finance to precisely track and forecast project costing, pricing, and commissioning, as well as invoice customers, create and manage purchase orders, apply down payments, issue progress billing statements, and manage invoice entry into customer payment portals. To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask, effectively communicate verbally and in writing, keep all projects organized, and oversee all aspects of the job. This position is an integral part of the sales team, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery of PPG's product sales projects.
