Advantage Resourcing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for a direct hire position with our partner company in Donalsonville, GA. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and want to make an impact in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you! Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday In this role, you will create compelling visual concepts that inspire and engage consumers. You'll design layouts for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports, as well as pull models from AutoCAD Inventor for integration into designs. Additionally, you'll maintain the LMC website, operation manuals, and social media content. This is an opportunity to shape our brand across different platforms and mediums. Responsibilities: Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements Design illustrations, logos, and other visual elements Create images and layouts for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports Pull models from AutoCAD Inventor for design integration Maintain the LMC website, create operation manuals, manage social media, design product packaging, and oversee exhibitions Test graphics across media platforms for consistency and quality Make design amendments based on feedback Ensure final graphics align with brand standards Requirements: Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop A keen eye for design details and aesthetics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred Experience in video production or motion graphics is a plus Experience with AutoCAD Inventor is a plus Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which will be provided upon hire.
