Responsibilities As Arcfield continues to expand our contracts portfolio we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Contracts Negotiation Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a contracts leader you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our contracts as our company continues to grow. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire contracts lifecycle from proposal development to contract execution and closeout, while ensuring compliance with company policy, federal regulation, and contract terms. Additionally, this position is responsible for integration support of existing and any potential future Arcfield subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex contracts and a proven ability to mentor contracts and other corporate functional personnel in the acquisition process. The candidate should have exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with other corporate stakeholders - Finance, Legal, Procurement, Pricing, and Government Compliance, Business Sectors, and Growth - to ensure the company successfully delivers on its contractual requirements in support of our customers' missions.
