As we work to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and foster a sense of belonging throughout the company and within our communities, we constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world? The primary duties of the Senior Construction Project Manager are to assist in pursuing projects with various public agencies and once contracts are underway to technically and administratively represent a project owner throughout construction on a variety of public and quasi-public infrastructure projects. Working with supervision and support from senior HDR staff, this person will supervise and direct the activities of the field teams on either large projects or several projects spread throughout the Southern California and maintain healthy relationships with the client and all oversight organizations.
