Location: Wiscasset or Brunswick (Travel to both sites will be needed) Are you a skilled professional with a passion for technical excellence and leadership? Molnlycke Healthcare is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer a dedicated individual responsible for the technical support and operation of complex, high-speed electro/mechanical production equipment. In this role, you will manage complex and competing projects, implement LEAN manufacturing principles, and mentor team members in designing and making improvements. A key aspect of this role involves a working knowledge of applicable regulations, machine shop experience, familiarity with controls & automation, chemical dispensing systems, robotic controls, and project management, with the ability to transfer that knowledge to others.
