A Brief Overview Foster a welcoming, respectful experience for patients and families as a Patient Services Representative (PSR) at CHOP. There are two available schedules in this position. One schedule will consist of a total of 32 hours per week and the other will be 28 hours a week. Both schedules will require working one Saturday a month.

Perform EPIC software functions, including patient check-in, check-out, demographic and insurance information collection, and daily eligibility verifications.
If assigned to Emergency Department Admissions, tasks will also include SART paperwork processing, Nurse Call communications, and Trauma B-line.
