Job Description:

• Responsible for managing the guest services (Information desks, Switchboard, Valet) department activities and staff.
• Provides direction operation support to all guest service departments.
• Accountable for providing communication, and feedback to the guest services departments. Responsible for all policy/procedures related to guest services departments.
• Resolves customer concerns/claims pursuant to guest services operations and role models values and practices in alignment with the mission of Baptist Health Lexington.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Valid Drivers License Required
• Previous Valet Experience Preferred
