Position will interact on a daily basis with customers, production, logistics, and sales staff to effectively meet customer service standards requirements and support the Division's strategic initiatives. Scope/Supervision and Interaction: Essential Functions: * Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within customer service. Logistics experience preferred.
