DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS

As a part of the Digital Ad Operations team, you'll be an invaluable partner to numerous client-facing Spectrum Reach departments. On any given day, you'll use excellent communication and collaboration to ensure advertising traffic and solutions run smoothly for our clients. The problem-solving skills and leadership qualities you develop will position you to have a fulfilling and impactful career at Spectrum. • Maintaining Ad Operations processes and best practices while also providing suggestions to leadership on improvement opportunities
• Trafficking all ads in the ad serving platform to confirm a successful launch of each campaign
• Ensuring campaign revisions are fully communicated and executed with complete accuracy
• Executing and managing new and revised digital orders

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Skills: Problem solver, Multi-tasker, Effective prioritization, Strong communicator, Self-motivator, Effective time management
• Abilities: Works well in a fast paced environment, Can quickly learn new system and workflows, Works well independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital Ad Operations software
  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in an office environment highly preferred
• Must have Microsoft Office experience; especially MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Experience in Media a plus
