The Lead Clinician is responsible for coordinating providing mental health screenings and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting minors' mental well-being and overall adjustment to the Unaccompanied Minor's program. The clinician's functions are performed as part of a multi-disciplinary team and include development and implementation of client service plans, facilitating transfers, referrals, and reunification planning. All duties will be performed based on education, training, and certified counseling experience within the social service field. The Lead Clinician is subject to work extended hours and weekends, and to be on-call as needed. Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, and training of staff clinicians, monitoring clinical services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with third-party, community-based providers. Coordinate intake, admission, and screenings with minors, and document results according to SWK standards Collaborate with treatment team members and minors to develop service Coordinate that all minors receive one-to-one counseling and crisis intervention as Coordinate that all minors receive educational and participate in counseling Continually monitor the mental well-being of minors and arrange for appropriate third-party services as Provide consultation and documentation regarding clients' functioning, mental health status, and treatment Provide clinical services within Southwest Key, in accordance with licensing and funding source guidelines as needed. Participate in and comply with all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned by supervisor.
