Overview

Amtrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide proactive recruitment and support for our service offices in the US. The successful candidate will work to assist in programs and high volume recruitment needs. Source, assess, and recruit candidates for openings at all levels. Develop and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies for positions. Work with other members of the recruiting team on corporate wide recruitment projects and initiatives.



Responsibilities

* Recruitment support to include: sourcing, phone screening, interview coordination, and all TA I and TA II's 19 completion, as well as any onboarding assistance

* Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management

* Establish strong partnerships with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy

* Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

* Desire to use sales, marketing, negotiating and influencing skills in a full cycle corporate recruiting environment

* Demonstrated examples of meeting goals in a fast paced, metric driven environment

* Passionate about providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and clients

* Proven aptitude to execute in a changing professional environment

* Possess a desire to learn corporate recruiting policies, practices, and industry trends

* Knowledge of basic employment law, OFCCP guidelines and HR practices

* Able to assess staffing needs and develop creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs

* Aptitude in assessing intangible aspects of candidates accurately (candidate's fit with the position and with the company culture)
