The Salvation Army in Farmington, NM is looking to hire multiple Christmas Bellringer positions. The successful candidates for these positions will have excellent customer relation skills.

The Christmas Bellringer will ring the bell and greet the public in a friendly manner maintaining responsibility for the kettle at all times during their shift. This person will work in conjunction with store staff to achieve the best results for The Salvation Army as well as the store. This employee will keep the area surrounding the kettle and stand clean and free of clutter and thank all donors for their kind donations with a "Merry Christmas" or "God Bless You"

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to conform to the dress code
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Excellent customer relation skills


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone and understand written information.
