Description & Requirements
The Enterprise Portfolio Analyst I is responsible, under the guidance from the Enterprise Portfolio Manager, to deliver data views of Enterprise Project Portfolio to firm stakeholders, including executive staff, for use in investments management and decision-making. The Enterprise Portfolio Analysts are responsible for analyzing projects, workload, and resource data and developing reports on these assets, working in close collaboration with a variety of IT and business units for the purpose of enabling and forwarding the Portfolio and Resource Management practices and processes. How you will contribute:
- Developing, maintaining, and improving IT Project Portfolio Management methodologies and processes
- Identifies and recommends continuous improvement opportunities within the Enterprise Solutions Delivery team for the sake of advancing portfolio and resource reporting.
- Prepare and develop dashboards, graphics, and reports for executive management and others
- Analyze resource data to identify constraints or conflicts between engagements
- Update portfolio and resource management data and metrics for accurate reporting
- Coordinating with IT operational managers on project, workload, and processes
- Gaining requirements for upcoming charters
- Gathering resourcing data for review by the resource management lead.
- Supports ongoing enhancements to the Portfolio Management software and its collaborators:
- Product Management
- Project Management
- Other Operational Management
- Organize the work intake and phase-gate processes to help ensure adequate data quality.
- Perform other duties needed to help drive value, deliver on client experience, and firm mission.

- Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years or more of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalency required, Bachelor degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in: Creating reports, charts, and graphs for Executive Leadership, presenting to small and medium size groups, and communicating and educating staff on new concepts and processes and using project management and resource scheduling software
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Practiced in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning
- Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation
- Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)
- Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt preferred
- Knowledge of:
- Portfolio Management
- Project Management (Process and practice, software and tooling)
- Product Management
