Responsibilities The Procurement Compliance Manager is an individual contributor responsible for monitoring procurement compliance, ensuring adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes. This role focuses on staying current with emerging regulatory changes (e.g., FAR/DFARS and other supplements), maintaining Arcfield's purchasing system policies and related procedures templates and forms, and providing guidance and training on CPSR compliance requirements. This role monitors procurement activities, ensures the organization adheres to relevant regulatory and contractual obligations, and provides ongoing support to internal teams through policy updates, audit support, and training.
