What is the opportunity?

The Portal Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for product management, development efforts and working closely with cross-functional partners on delivering a best-in-class digital experience.

What will you do?

  • Partners closely with other product groups such as strategy, design and go to market to drive forward product areas
  • Defines and drives a vision for Cash Management products on the portal that meaningfully impacts client experience and business growth
  • Acts as the voice of the user in product design, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future portal experience
  • Effectively manages and communicate product vision, strategy, measurement/reporting, prioritization and backlog
  • Leads Portal product development collaborating with an engineering scrum team
  • Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams; fraud, risk, compliance, sales, and GTM to effectively drive forward and support the digital experience.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience managing digital, fintech and SaaS products
  • Demonstrated experience working on a banking portal and delivering seamless digital experiences
  • Strong stakeholder management; experience navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Be able to adjust quickly to changes
  • Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
  • Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking
  • Experience with Digital banking or Transaction Banking

The expected salary range for this particular position is $180,000-$200,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
