Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Implements and supports Fiserv hardware, software and systems which provide the infrastructure for RBC Capital Markets, BCST Global Payments. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments with payments infrastructure.

What will you do?

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions on the Fiserv Enterprise Payment Platform to support payment processing needs.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements to the EPP system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize processing speed and reliability.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and customizations.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, industry regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end-users as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in related discipline

  • Hands on experience proving technical support and training and including with internal employs and end-users

  • Detailed oriented, to provide comprehensive documentation

  • Hands on experience designing, configuring, and implementing solutions on the Fiserv Enterprise Payment Platform to support payment processing needs.

The Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $135,000 - $225,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate's Experience, Skills, Registration Status; Market Conditions; And Business Needs.This Salary Range Does Not Include Other Elements Of Total Compensation, Including A Discretionary Bonus And Benefits Such As A 401(K) Program With Company-Matching Contributions; Health, Dental, Vision, Life And Disability Insurance; And Paid Time-Off Plan.
