Job Description

What is the opportunity?

You will work within a team of transformational resources, dedicated to modernizing and digitizing operational processes to deliver positive bottom-line results for Wealth Management Operations and the various businesses the group supports. As a member of this team you will be responsible for providing production support for automated processing running in a quality assurance or production environment while meeting Enterprise Next Generation Optimization Center of Excellence (CoE) requirements.

What will you do?

  • Provide support to the collective RPA team, troubleshoot, root cause, and resolve complex technical issues; as appropriate, work directly with Transformation Analyst or Business partners in a prompt, friendly and thorough manner.
  • Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting to identify RPA processing issues with applications and/or preferred vendor solutions.
  • Apply process changes as appropriate; further escalate complex changes/issues to Transformation Analysts where appropriate.
  • Be a subject matter expert for questions regarding the preferred vendor application and key internal applications.
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and provide resources to complete projects as needed; such as virtual desktops set-up, Blue Prism application requirements and any remote desktop applications.
  • Working on challenging problems at the junction of machine learning, robotics process automation and financial services operations
  • Build data products using structured and unstructured data to deliver AI solutions that work with RPA, ensuring data quality, performance, scalability.
  • Lead the requirements discovery, research, and development for a series of new Data and AI digital capabilities as well as RPA solutions for Wealth Management Operations
  • Interpreting larger organizational needs and designing algorithmic solutions that can drive the next generation of wealth management operational solution.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent or High school diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of securities, banking, technology and/or job specific industry experience
  • 3+ years prior securities, banking, technology and/or job specific related industry experience
  • 2+ years demonstrated project team coordination and/or coaching/mentoring leadership experience
  • Series 7 or 99 or ability to obtain in 120 days

Nice to have:

  • 3+ years business process redesign, robotics & AI, VBA development, MS Access development, SQL and VBA analysis and/or risk control experience
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in business, finance or related field

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $70,000 - $130,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
