Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC is seeing a Director, Risk Engineering (Global Security), who combines deep software engineering expertise with enterprise risk management knowledge. This senior leadership role bridges technology execution and risk governance, driving innovation across our engineering teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead the transformation of control testing processes into continuous, automated monitoring while building and mentoring a specialized engineering team. The Director, Risk Engineering (Global Security will be at the forefront of Global IT Risk functions within Global Cyber Security, providing the organization assurances that key controls and software engineering standards are met across RBC. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $160,000 - $275,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements that comprise our total compensation package, which includes the following: commission sharing eligibility for select roles, a discretionary bonus, a paid time-off plan, our 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, and our health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
