MEET THE NEW WEST
The town of Steamboat Springs grew up around ranching. The street through the heart of town was designed wide enough for ranchers to be able to drive their herds of cattle through, and the facades on Main Street still feel like a step back to the Old West. That character is still very much alive and well, as is our ranching heritage. But to this town steeped in its historical roots of the West, a renaissance is happening. Steamboat has become a foodie’s paradise, with new restaurants, brew pubs, live music, and vibrant excitement and energy. On the corner of yesterday and tomorrow, you’ll find the town of Steamboat Springs.
